Reframing the Relationship Plan
Our commitment to reframing the relationship
The Queensland Government acknowledges and respects the unique cultures, histories and ongoing contributions of Aboriginal peoples and Torres Strait Islander peoples and is committed to building a relationship based on fairness, inclusivity, dignity and belonging.
Our collective efforts and responsibility as individuals, communities and governments will ensure equity, recognition and advancement of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in Queensland across all aspects of society.
Our Reframing the Relationship Plan

- Fair and inclusive, with dignity and belonging
- Cultural capability and safety
- Workforce and leadership
- Aims, aspirations and employment
