Volunteers campaign
Safer Schoolies is the Queensland Government’s education and public safety program and forms part of its broader Safer Schoolies Response.
You can share these resources through your own channels and networks to help raise awareness about:
- registering for an official Safer Schoolies wristband, for school leavers to access the Schoolies Hub in Surfers Paradise during the Response
- registering to become a volunteer at the Safer Schoolies Response on the Gold Coast
- staying safe during Schoolies week, with safety messages that are also relevant to all school leavers and include topics such as drugs and alcohol, road safety, consent, sex and relationships, mental health and wellbeing and online safety.
